*    School: Local school will be contacted for the children admission in the school.
*    Building: NES central body will be arranged the building for the program discussion and meeting.
*    Training Rooms – It will be arranged with the coordination of the Village development committee in the convenient areas for the local people.
*    Volunteer/staffs Coordinator – NES director will be responsible for the volunteer and staff coordinator.

Needed Resources

• Personnel - Two full time staff at 100% salary, one part time staff as a volunteer, and trainers on hire basis by their duties.

• Materials: - training equipments, books, copy, school uniform, chairs, desks, marker board, marker pen, class room, drafting table.

• Budget -

• Educational Materials Nrs.  
• Volunteers launch & travel allowances Nrs.
• Training Materials
• Training expenses
• Evaluation
